The next three "peer" DIV's control what is rendered as the "page". If messenger is not installed or the version installed is not adequate, the first DIV (messengerNotInstalled) is shown. It directs the user on installing/upgrading messenger. If an adequate version of messenger is already installed on the users system then the second DIV (messengerInstalled) is shown instead. This is the first DIV (messengerTooNew)is displayed when a new more secure messenger is on the machine and the MID no longer works. It will give the user a nice message and a hot link to open messenger. This is the second DIV (messengerNotInstalled) which is displayed if messenger is NOT already installed on the users system...
